I’m a wife, mother and a daughter. A creative problem solver and most importantly for you, A STRATEGIST. I spent over 15 years problem solving for someone else’s dreams, until I decided I wanted to take my problem solving to a place thats much closer to my heart. Women that have fear surrounding weight gain and external dependency.
I am now dedicating my time, to not wasting anymore time worrying about my weight. My goal is to support women and empower them to take the control back from food and hunger, and harness it to project them forward into a life independent from external dependencies.
